Hiking

Originated through the vision of Ucluelet's "Oyster Jim" Martin, and developed by funds donated to the Wild Pacific Trail Society, the Wild Pacific Trail skirts the rugged West Coast of Vancouver Island, where the ancient rainforest meets the headlands and pristine beaches of the Pacific Ocean. Featuring panoramic views of Barkley Sound and the Broken Islands of Pacific Rim National Park, the Trail meanders beneath the forest canopy and along a spectacular coastline abundant with seabirds and whales.
